Position Overview
The Property Assistant supports the overall cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of Kings View’s commercial properties. This role performs routine landscaping and janitorial tasks to maintain a clean, welcoming, and functional environment.

What You’ll Do
- Perform routine landscaping including mowing, trimming, and weeding
- Maintain clean and safe walkways, entrances, and outdoor areas
- Assist with light maintenance (e.g., replacing lightbulbs, unclogging drains)
- Clean restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
- Restock supplies such as paper products and soap
- Empty trash and recycling bins
- Clean windows, floors, and high-touch surfaces
- Report maintenance issues or damage
- Follow all safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning materials

What You Bring
Required:
- No formal education required
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying conditions
- Reliable and able to work independently or on a team
Preferred:
- Janitorial, landscaping, or maintenance experience
