โ€ข Ability to assist with uploading and administration of Board meeting materials for two public companies. Prior experience with Diligent or similar Board platform is a bonus
โ€ข Assist in obtaining and maintaining various business licenses, corporate organization, foreign qualifications, and similar corporate filings
โ€ข Support corporate documentation of Board meetings and related records
โ€ข Perform special assignments or projects as needed
โ€ข Excellent attention to detail, superb writing, and proofreading abilities
