Familiarity with editing software like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and style guides such as AP or Chicago Manual of Style is typical. Attention to detail, time management, and strong written communication are crucial soft skills for this role. These competencies ensure high-quality, error-free documents and efficient collaboration with clients or editorial teams in a remote environment.

Staying updated on style guides and using digital proofreading tools can also improve efficiency and accuracy.

Job description

NativePath seeks an experienced Senior Copywriter to join our Copywriting Team! This role will be pivotal in crafting high-impact, conversion-driven messaging across channels while shaping and maintaining a cohesive brand voice that inspires, educates, and drives action. If you are passionate about storytelling, persuasive writing, and connecting with audiences through meaningful, data-informed copy, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we invite you to contribute your expertise to our mission of guiding people on the path to eating, moving, and living in harmony with their biology.

We're firm believers that the Standard American Diet is the pitfall to several of the preventable health conditions arising in our society today (including heart disease, diabetes, and neurological disorders). That's why we created NativePath—a health & wellness company that blends Ancestral Wisdom with Modern Science to offer over 30 different supplements, monthly wellness challenges, and free courses to restore and reset people's health. Since 2017, over 1 million people have gotten "On The Path" with us and, by doing so, have reversed pain, renewed energy, and aged more gracefully.

We provide a rewarding, collaborative, and exciting work environment focusing on personal growth. Our leaders host weekly company-wide culture calls designed to foster team spirit, encourage movement, and build our community. In 2025, the entire company was flown to a ranch in Bend, OR, for team-building activities and had a blast while doing it!

If the above resonates with you, we'd love to hear from you! Who are we? Responsibilities Write high-converting direct response copy across multiple formats, including long-form and short-form sales letters , emails , ad copy , ad scripts , headlines , VSLs , and more, leveraging proven direct response principles to maximize conversions and drive measurable results.

Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Product teams to translate strategies and complex concepts into persuasive messaging. Conduct research on audience, competitors, and industry trends to inform copy strategies. Contribute to group brainstorming meetings and collaborate with other copywriters to come up with new hooks and angles.

Optimize copy based on performance data, A/B testing, and user feedback. Mentor junior copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and best practices. Ensure all copy aligns with brand standards, tone, and legal/compliance requirements.

Support cross-functional initiatives, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and retention efforts. Qualifications 5–7+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in D2C e-commerce, wellness, or retail brands. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proven ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused copy across multiple channels (email, social, web, ads). Strong understanding of brand voice, storytelling, and customer psychology. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Creative, and Product.

Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing best practices, and performance metrics is a plus. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Mentorship or leadership experience preferred.
