Job description

This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing promotional strategies on Amazon while also supporting the broader e-commerce initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, PPC campaigns, promotions, and listing optimization, combined with strong analytical and project management skills to contribute to overall e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities
Amazon Promotions & Advertising
  • Manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (sponsored products, brands, display, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Plan and execute Amazon promotions, coupons, lightning deals, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor daily budgets, bids, and campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments.
  • Research keywords and competitor strategies to refine advertising and promotional plans.
  • Provide detailed reporting on promotions, campaign performance, and sales lift.
E-Commerce Specialist Duties
  • Assist in managing product listings across Amazon and other marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, etc.).
  • Ensure listings are fully optimized with titles, bullet points, keywords, and enhanced content (A+ Content, Brand Store).
  • Collaborate with creative, operations, and marketing teams to ensure product content, pricing, and inventory align with campaigns.
  • Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics (traffic, conversion, search ranking, etc.).
  • Support the rollout of new product launches and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, Amazon policy changes, and marketplace best practices.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising (required).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon promotions, advertising formats, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Experience with listing optimization, keyword research, and SEO for marketplaces.
