Job description

Job Title: Sales - Functional Expert- Sales Operations Systems - Mid-level Assignment

Location: Chicago, IL or Bentonville, AR [hybrid 2 days in the office per week would be ideal. Potential for Remote for the right candidate]

Schedule: Standard 40 hours. 8am-5pm.

Duration: 12+ Months contract

A mid-level Sales Operations or Systems Analyst with 3–5 years of experience supporting CPG sales and finance teams, strong systems and Power BI expertise, hands-on TPM exposure, and a proven ability to troubleshoot data issues and collaborate cross-functionally.


Job Description:

Basic Qualifications

Required Experience, any deal breakers: Minimum 3-5 years professional experience

 

Required Skills (include soft skills)    

o Systems experience, particularly finance or sales systems

Support and enable the sales organization to deliver excellent execution of the market's sales strategy. Responsible for supporting the customer and channel teams to drive sales force effectiveness and productivity. Sales Operations Systems roles focus on configuring, maintaining, and generating reports for a Sales Operations system including: •Processing information and maintaining records in the system •Generating reports and conducting analyses on data •Ensuring the accuracy of information entered into the system and testing new features of the system as they are implemented to verify accuracy of procedures.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain our Trade Promotion Management (TPM) system, called Visualfabriq, which we use to record, forecast, track, and manage claims for all customer trade expenditures. Manage event approvals. Lead systems and data trouble shooting. Support key users with data entry and event maintenance. Manage system user access.

• Maintain Power BI reporting connected to trade data flowing out of Visualfabriq. Manage reporting refreshes and data inputs. Lead Power BI trouble shooting. Generate data extracts.

Skills needed:

o Systems experience, particularly finance or sales systems; experience with TPM systems would be a homerun

o Systems and data trouble shooting

o Power BI

o Some financial acumen and data analytics would also be helpful
