Fully Promoted Fairfield, NJ is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our customer base by building relationships with local businesses. This is a field sales role focused on prospecting, in-person visits, follow-ups, and repeat business for someone who already knows how to prospect, manage a pipeline, and close.
As a Sales Representative, you'll spend your time in the community connecting with local businesses, learning about their goals, and helping them market themselves through customized branding and advertising solutions. This is a relationship-focused role for someone who enjoys meeting people, building trust, and helping businesses succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Visit businesses throughout an assigned territory, including offices, retail locations, restaurants, and industrial parks, etc.
  • Introduce the Fully Promoted brand and explain our apparel, promotional products, and branding services
  • Build rapport with business owners and decision-makers
  • Present product options, promotions, and solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and lead qualification to quoting and closing
  • Maintain an organized follow-up system for leads and active prospects
  • Re-market assigned areas on a recurring basis
  • Support existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Complete Fully Promoted sales training, including prospecting techniques, objection handling, and suggestive selling
What We’re Looking For
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in territory sales, B2B sales, direct marketing,  or a high-contact people-facing role, no degree required
  • Background in food and beverage, hospitality, or service industries is a strong plus 
  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers daily
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage territory and follow-ups independently
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn sales and CRM systems
  • Understanding of sales and marketing fundamentals
