Job description

Provide leadership and strategy on ProjectWise across the enterprise, including translating business requirements into work process improvements, providing guidance to the IT support organization and interfacing with software vendors
Configure and maintain ProjectWise Datasources, user groups, folder structures, and project templates
Administer access control, security permissions, and file organization to meet organizational and client-specific data requirements
Monitor system performance, schedule maintenance, and troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, integration, indexing, and storage
Installed, configured, customized ProjectWise Datasources, workflows, and integrations
Generate system usage, performance, and access reports to support proactive maintenance, auditing, and license optimization
Act as a senior technical escalation point for ProjectWise-related support tickets, onboarding issues, and migration projects

Troubleshooting & Root-Cause Analysis
Multi-Office Collaboration & Engineering Document Management Systems
Translating business requirements to system configuration
