The Role
As a Project Administrator, you will:
- Support Project Managers and Engineers by keeping schedules, budgets, and documentationaccurateand up to date.
- Take ownership ofproject controls: forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Ensure every project document - from contracts to meeting minutes - istimely,accurate, and properly distributed.
- Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and follow up untilthey'recomplete.
- Manage project financials: prepare invoices, track vendor payments, and support monthly accounting.
- Be the "go-to" person fordetail, organization, and accountabilitywithin the project team.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in project administration, controls, or accounting.
- Exceptionalattention to detail- accuracy is non-negotiable in this role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Procore or MS Project a plus.
