The Role


As a Project Administrator, you will:

  • Support Project Managers and Engineers by keeping schedules, budgets, and documentationaccurateand up to date.
  • Take ownership ofproject controls: forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Ensure every project document - from contracts to meeting minutes - istimely,accurate, and properly distributed.
  • Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and follow up untilthey'recomplete.
  • Manage project financials: prepare invoices, track vendor payments, and support monthly accounting.
  • Be the "go-to" person fordetail, organization, and accountabilitywithin the project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 2-5 years of experience in project administration, controls, or accounting.
  • Exceptionalattention to detail- accuracy is non-negotiable in this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Procore or MS Project a plus.
  • Experience with financial tracking, forecasting, or project reporting preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business,Accounting, Legal,Construction Managementpreferred.
