Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project planning, coordination, reporting, stakeholder communication, JQL, Jira dashboards, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical and reporting skills are essential, along with the ability to identify and resolve project issues and impediments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Identify, track, and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and team impediments.
• Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to maintain project alignment.
• Create and maintain Jira dashboards using JQL queries and Jira gadgets for project tracking and reporting.
• Develop and maintain project reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Use JQL to extract, filter, analyze, and present project and delivery data.
• Develop advanced reporting and visualization solutions using Tableau or Power BI, with a preference for Tableau.
• Utilize EazyBI for project reporting and analytics, where applicable.
• Prepare executive-level reports covering project status, milestones, risks, dependencies, issues, and overall delivery health.
• Write, modify, troubleshoot, and debug SQL queries to support project reporting and data analysis.
• Work with Oracle databases and PL/SQL where required.
• Analyze project data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, status reports, meeting notes, action items, and project artifacts.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure clear communication of decisions, actions, and responsibilities.
• Provide regular updates to leadership regarding project progress, risks, issues, and delivery performance.
• Ensure effective planning, coordination, communication, and execution across multiple teams.
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Project Manager managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project planning, coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, including JQL queries, dashboards, and Jira gadgets.
• Mid-to-advanced level expertise in Power BI or Tableau, with Tableau preferred.
• Strong experience creating reports and dashboards for leadership and project tracking.
• Strong SQL skills, including writing, modifying, troubleshooting, and debugging SQL queries.
• Ability to analyze project and operational data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve project impediments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and teams simultaneously.
• Ability to develop clear project vision, execution plans, and delivery strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with EazyBI for project reporting and analytics.
• Experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL development.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
