Position: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Direct and manage the overall execution of assigned projects, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining tasks, allocating resources, and setting milestones. Delegate tasks effectively to project teams.
  • Budget Management: Oversee cost analysis and budget preparation. Ensure projects are executed within budgetary constraints and make adjustments as needed to address any financial discrepancies.
  • Risk Management: Conduct thorough risk assessments, identify potential risks, and develop strategies for mitigation. Report significant risks and issues to senior management, providing recommendations for corrective actions or project adjustments.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization, clients, and vendors. Address and resolve any questions, concerns, or issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
