Location: In office, Kaysville, UT
The Engineering Project Manager (Level 1) supports the execution of engineering and detailing projects under the guidance of senior project managers. This role assists with schedules, documentation, drawing coordination, and communication while developing foundational project management, safety, and quality skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support safe work practices and comply with all safety standards and procedures.
  • Assist in coordinating detailing activities and project documentation.
  • Support the preparation and maintenance of project schedules and deliverables.
  • Review drawings for completeness and accuracy under supervision.
  • Communicate with internal teams and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist with quality assurance efforts and rework tracking.
  • Learn and apply engineering and detailing software tools.
  • Support daily and weekly production goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience in construction, engineering, detailing, or related roles.
  • Basic ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD or willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
