ATS Welding is rapidly expanding into a full-service industrial construction and welding company, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to assist in overseeing project crews and ensure the successful execution of assigned projects. If you're hardworking, safety-focused, and ready to lead teams on key industrial construction initiatives, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help development of project plans, including scope, objectives, milestones, and timelines.
  • Assist in coordinating and communicating between field teams and office personnel.
  • Assist in managing the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to closure.
  • Assist in contacting stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies regarding all project details.
  • Assist in coordinating and communicating project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Assist in overseeing crossfunctional project teams, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables. And ensuring that resources (personnel, equipment, materials) are available and allocated effectively to project teams.
  • Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring financial tracking and reporting.
  • Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years experience in a Assistant Project Manager position within a construction related field.
  • Knowledge of pipe systems, components, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics helpful.
  • Handson experience in welding and fabrication processes helpful.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations helpful.
  • Must pass a preemployment drug test.
  • Preferred Experience:
  • Indepth knowledge of industrial welding, pipefitting, and pipeline construction practices.
  • Previous experience managing largescale industrial construction projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to enforce safety protocols and maintain a zeroincident safety record.
