Fullmer Excavation is seeking a dedicated Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful execution and delivery of our excavation projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will work closely with the team ensuring efficient and timely project implementation, communicating regularly with various internal and external stakeholders, and leading, coordinating, and directing all project tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and implement excavation projects, ensuring each project phase is progressing as planned.
  • Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, and track project performance against these parameters.
  • Identify and manage project risks, proposing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Coordinate with all involved parties including clients, contractors, and internal team members to ensure smooth work flow.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety standards, industry regulations, and company policies across all project activities.
  • Prepare regular project reports for management and clients, highlighting status, challenges, and achievements.
  • Manage project resources and ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field is required. An additional project management certification (such as PMP) is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of five years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction or excavation industry.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with a problem-solving attitude.
