Project Manager – Construction & Impact Windows

Location: Delray Beach, FL (South Florida Office/Warehouse)
Position Type: Full-Time, Primarily In-Office

We are a rapidly growing construction company with four thriving locations across Florida: South Florida, Treasure Coast, Space Coast, and Tampa. Position Overview

As our South Florida Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact from the moment a customer agreement is signed until the project is completed. You will oversee impact window installations, general construction, and various other regional projects.

This is a fast-paced role that requires high organization, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to seamlessly pivot between office administration, warehouse logistics etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination: Manage all project phases. Schedule deliveries, coordinate field crews, and keep clients and management updated on project status.
  • Vendor & Crew Management: Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers. Audit and approve subcontractor invoices.
  • Procurement & Logistics: Handle quoting, contract generation, scheduling, and supplier logistics. Manage warranty claims and service reimbursements with suppliers.
  • Permitting & Compliance: Partner with our permitting team to submit and track permits within local building department guidelines.
  • Financial Liaison: Coordinate closely with accounting personnel throughout the lifecycle of each project.
  • Operations Support: Supervise warehouse activities and assist with material receiving etc.
  • Customer Service: Address and resolve customer concerns with a professional, solutions-oriented approach.

Required Qualifications

  • License: Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with a professional, clear phone presence.
  • Tech Skills: Highly proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Experience: Proven general construction experience.
  • Procurement: Demonstrated experience sourcing/negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Attributes: Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • Specialty Trade: Specific experience with Impact Windows, Garage Doors, and/or Roofing.
  • Industry Knowledge: Broad construction knowledge from foundation to roof (Residential and Commercial).
  • Education: College degree preferred.
  • Languages: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
  • Logistics: Experience with material receiving and general warehouse management.
  • Permitting: Familiarity with local building department permitting and inspection processes.
