When you join RadNet as Revenue Cycle Operations – Project Manager, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders- patients, providers, payors, and regulators achieve the best clinical outcomes.

JOB SUMMARY

The Revenue Cycle Operations Project Manager will be responsible to effectively implement and execute initiatives throughout our RCO of Radnet. This person is responsible for overseeing the structure, organization and coordination in leading teams/staff to achieve the overall clinical objective. This person is also responsible for implementation of best practices within the RCO arena to achieve extraordinary and consistent results.

You will:

  • Creates and manages detailed project plans; creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines and allocating resources.
  • Delegating tasks on the project to team members’ best positioned to complete them.
  • Holding team members accountable for deliverables and due dates.
  • Proactively communicate project progress and anticipated delays with recommendations to course correct project.
  • Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved.
  • Determine how results will be measured and complete a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved.

If You Are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
  • Five (5) plus year of project management experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) is highly desired.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Strong Smartsheet experience and skillset.
  • Imaging/Radiology experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies (e.g., agile/scrum).

  • Communicates, cooperates, and consistently functions professionally and harmoniously with all levels of supervision, co-workers, patients, visitors, and vendors.
  • Demonstrates initiative, personal awareness, professionalism and integrity, and exercises confidentiality in all areas of performance.
  • Follows all local, state and federal laws concerning employment to include but not limited to: I-9, Harassment, EEOC, Civil rights and ADA.
  • Follows OSHA regulations, RadNet and site protocols, policies and procedures.
  • Follows HIPAA, compliance, privacy, safety and confidentiality standards at all times.
