IT Testing Project Manager (Fully Remote)
Project Scope
We are seeking an experienced IT Testing Project Manager to lead testing strategy and execution for a large-scale Coupa supply system implementation. This role will focus on ensuring end-to-end testing readiness across integrated systems, including Oracle Financials and key platforms such as Beeline and Concur, to support a seamless transition from legacy environments.
Responsibilities
  • Own and manage all aspects of project delivery, including timeline, budget, risk tracking, issue management, and regular status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Define and lead the overall testing strategy, ensuring alignment with business requirements, system integrations, and project objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end testing execution, including integration, regression, and boundary/system testing across multiple enterprise platforms.
  • Review, validate, and enhance test cases, test scripts, and use cases-including legacy artifacts-to ensure complete test coverage and accuracy.
  • Manage and leverage Azure DevOps (ADO) for test planning, execution tracking, defect management, and reporting.
  • Coordinate cross-functional testing efforts across business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party partners (including Accenture) to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Define testing scope, resource needs, timelines, and deliverables to support an efficient and structured testing lifecycle.
  • Ensure successful validation of integrations between supply chain systems (e.g., Beeline, Concur) and Oracle Financials.
  • Lead user acceptance readiness efforts, including validation of training materials and ensuring end-user preparedness for system adoption.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies-such as Designation of Authority (DOA) challenges-and proactively drive resolution.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication across stakeholders, providing updates on testing progress, blockers, and overall readiness.

Required Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on testing strategy and delivery.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing testing programs, including planning, governance, and execution across complex environments.
  • Strong experience with integration testing, regression testing, and boundary/system validation within enterprise systems.
  • Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management, execution tracking, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to define and implement comprehensive testing strategies for large-scale implementations or system integrations.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across both business and IT organizations.
  • Ability to drive results in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with competing priorities.
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale transformation programs, ERP implementations, or complex system integrations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive alignment.
