  • Drive ESG, DEI, and regulatory reporting, partnering with internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, audit-ready outputs.

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to PIC leadership, providing clear insights, recommendations, and decision support.

  • Develop executive-ready presentations, board materials, and narrative summaries on workforce trends and program outcomes.

  • Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and outcomes.

  • Facilitate leadership meetings, decision forums, and governance reviews, ensuring follow-through and accountability.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Optimize reporting processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.

  • Leverage automation, data visualization tools, and AI-enabled insights where applicable.

  • Drive a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across the PIC organization.

Bring Your VIBE:
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.

  • Strong program leader with demonstrated experience managing complex, global initiatives.

  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts clearly.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong judgment and ownership.

  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive people data.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • 7-10+ years of experience in people analytics, HR strategy, consulting, or program management roles.

  • Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional programs or PMO initiatives.

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences.

  • Experience in ESG, DEI reporting, or global HR transformation initiatives is highly preferred.
