Project Manager Architecture

Thompson & Litton is seeking a Project Manager - Architecture with an architectural background to oversee projects from kickoff through completion by mastering communication, coordination, schedules, budgets, and client expectations.

In this role, you will be the bridge between design vision and real-world executionleading cross-functional project teams, managing high-stakes client relationships, and ensuring multidisciplinary project success across all phases of delivery.

Role Focus: This is a true project management positionnot a design role. While an architectural background is essential, this position focuses on leading projects, managing clients, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and delivering successful outcomesnot producing drawings or performing day-to-day CAD/Revit design work.

  • Project Delivery & Execution: Manage architectural and multidisciplinary A/E projects through all phases, taking full oversight of project scope, schedules, budgets, contracts, and deliverables.
  • Strategic Client Leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication, aligning expectations, and fostering long-term relationships.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Core Skills: Exceptional communication, organization, leadership, and client relationship management skills, with demonstrated success managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Preferred Credentials: PMP, LEED AP, Registered Architect (RA), or other industry-recognized certifications are highly valued.
