Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all managerial and administrative aspects of a wide range of mechanical processes including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports, progress billing, design review, coordination, and more.
  • Coordinate project kick-off meetings, progress meetings, and close out activities.
  • Gather project requirements directly from clients and facilitate preparation of working drawings.
  • Work both independently and alongside management to prepare/submit project propels.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, vendors, engineers, and internal teams.
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
  • All other duties assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing projects.
  • Previous experience working in HVAC is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft 365 required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at once.
  • Easily adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • High mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Works well individually with limited supervision.
  • Highly organized and a reliable team player.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $150,00 in Iowa. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
