We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Product team! The Junior Project Manager will support the project lifecycle from technical approval through launch and mass production. This role is ideal for someone early in their project career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about solving problems with technology. Working closely with global cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, operations, and sales, you will help define requirements, plan and drive manufacturing, and support product lifecycle success through detailed analysis of quality and manufacturing metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Support, plan, and execute cross functional project kickoff meetings.
  • Manage all facets of project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
  • Convert internal or external productions demands into effective manufacturing plans with clear deliverables and effective milestones
  • Develop, maintain, and update project tracking tools with precise status of all project activities (projected and actual) and developing data summaries.
  • Assist with preparation of technical reports and manufacturing metrics to drive quality
  • Support internal teams with additional support as needed across a wide variety of project areas.
  • Work with global operations team to support production planning and timing events.
  • Employees will be required to adhere to NEXA's information security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
  • PMP certification
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in technical product management, project management, business analysis, or related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in high level use of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft project, Jira, Trello, Asana, Confluence).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in high level use of the Microsoft Office ecosystem (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel, as required, to S/E Asia preferred
