Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) for managing and generating New Sales and Driving Business Development across the Permian Basin of Texas and rest of Texas including New Client Acquisition, Customers Relationship Management and Partnerships with Distributors to successfully generate business and regional sales within the Permian Basin and Texas.
The Sales Manager (SM) will be responsible for developing the business and increase distribution of THE COMPANY’s products within the United States.
The Sales Manager maintains an overview of the market and works with the Customers & Distributors to identify opportunities and grow profitable revenue. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining profitable relationships with potential customers. The Sales Manager typically interface with mid-level managers up to executive-level managers in the corporate company as well as have do liaising with Owners / President of Distributors company for sustained business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities Area:
  • The Regional Sales manager role is to bring extensive customer interaction and a strong focus on business development and tailored casing accessories solutions.
  • Drive new business development within target customers and distributors to achieve defined growth.
  • To work closely with clients and their procurement /decision making teams to identify needs, shape value-driven offerings, and support long-term commercial growth.
  • Develop strategies and tactics, for acquiring new customer and market intelligence, either directly or via distributor network.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and driving early-phase discussions.
  • Presenting customized solutions to customers and developing / maintaining close customer relationships.
  • Creating and executing sales strategies for New as well as Existing Key accounts.
  • Create and implement a strategic sales plan to grow the customer base within existing and new market segments and expand beyond.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Develop goals for business growth and ensure they are met.
  • Optimizing pricing models and commercial terms to improve competitiveness and profitability.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of sustainable key client strategies.
  • Communicate new opportunities, special developments, information, product requests and feedback gathered through related activities to the senior management team.
  • Act as an ambassador of the Company at all levels both internally and externally
  • Responsibilities include overseeing the overall administrative functions of the sales department, including managing the sales, optimizing Tender & Sales Order processes, and ensuring accuracy in sales data, order processing, and customer contracts.
  • To ensure cost estimates for new and proposed products are accurate and competitive, coordinating with internal departments to meet submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate with senior management team and operations to develop, maintain and continually improve sales materials.
  • Organize and maintain customer databases, and prepare reports and correspondence as required.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • The requirements listed in the section that follow are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform the duties of this job.
  • 7–10 years of oilfield equipment sales, preferably casing accessories. Proven success in regional market development for casing accessories and comparable experience of managing sales to large size operators and drillers in the Permian Region & Rest of Texas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or in mechanical engineering – desirable.
  • Location: Remote Texas-USA; Preferred Candidate will be in based out in the Midland / Odessa.
  • In-line reporting to the Country Manager – USA & Canada on the status of the business development into the areas and dotted lines to reporting to Top Management.
  • Regular travel required within sales region and nationally.
  • Work extended hours as when necessary to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
