The impact you will have:

Softchoice AI Solutions Group is looking for a Principal Adoption & Change Management Consultant to grow the AI & Workforce Consulting team.

The Principal Adoption & Change Management Consultant is a critical role within the AI Solutions organization. You will be the face of AI Solutions to our biggest clients, and you will own delivery responsibilities on our largest projects. You are responsible for navigating high-complexity environments and providing the leadership necessary to ensure enterprise-wide adoption.

As a tenured leader on the team, you will build reusable frameworks and set delivery standards that every consultant uses. Additionally, you will have primary lead responsibility for delivering initial engagements of new service offerings.

You will be accountable for the achievement of specific revenue targets- demonstrating our value in presales activities with our biggest clients and positioning "add-on" services during projects that expand the total contract value.

What you'll bring to the table:

Our principals understand the industries and businesses of their clients and how Softchoice can accelerate their digital transformation journeys. This role requires strong business acumen, experience driving end-user adoption of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini, change management knowledge, and a principled approach to digital transformation challenges and opportunities.
You have excellent analytical, interpersonal, and creative skills and thrive at the intersection of business and technology. You are ambitious and enterprising, with strong leadership qualities and presence in the C-Suite. You enjoy working with both technical and non-technical groups.

You possess the ability to map technical solutions in multiple disciplines to business problems, provide innovative answers to our clients most pressing needs, and influence delivery capability.
To be successful, you will need:

  • Undergraduate degree required (business or technology preferred). An MA, MBA, or MSc beneficial.
  • Certifications in User Adoption & Change Management, Organizational Change Management, Project/Program Management, or other related IT or management consulting disciplines are considered valuable.
  • Practical experience (15+ years) in business advisory and/or consulting within IT, and recent experience leading adoption of AI tools such as Copilot, Gemini and Claude.
  • Demonstrated practical experience for a minimum of 10 years, providing advisory services in the fields of User Adoption and Organizational Change Management, Business Consulting, and technical advisory.
  • C-Suite Presence: A proven track record of gaining "trusted advisor" status with executive-level management (CIO/CTO/CEO).
  • Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in meeting revenue or influenced-sales targets within a professional services environment.

Compensation:

A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position ย is $128,800 to $170,000 annually + 14% as target incentives.

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, education, and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
