Job Overview:

Pay Range:ย $57hr - $62hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 4-7 years of experience in change management or organizational change support.
  • Experience supporting technology or process implementation projects.
  • Prosci certified and familiar with structured change methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a project team structure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to support multiple concurrent projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute change plans aligned to individual project objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to identify process, system, and role-based changes.
  • Define targeted readiness and adoption activities for impacted user groups.
  • Maintain and track project-level change deliverables and milestones.
  • Identify key stakeholder groups directly impacted by assigned projects.
  • Support stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and feedback collection.
  • Partner with project sponsors and functional managers to reinforce key messages.
  • Escalate resistance risks and adoption barriers to the Change Lead or Program leadership as appropriate.
  • Develop clear, audience-specific communication materials that translate technical change into business relevance.
  • Draft project-level announcements, FAQs, talking points, and updates.
  • Ensure communication timing aligns with project milestones and deployment phases.
  • Conduct learning needs analysis for impacted stakeholders.
  • Partner with SMEs to support development of training materials and job aids.
  • Coordinate training logistics in collaboration with project teams.
  • Monitor adoption metrics and provide insight into areas requiring reinforcement.
  • Track project-level adoption metrics and engagement indicators.
  • Provide regular status updates on change activities and readiness progress.
  • Support development of simple dashboards to visualize adoption trends.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience within regulated industries (life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or laboratory environments).
  • Exposure to IT or digital transformation initiatives (ERP, CRM, laboratory systems, data platforms).
  • Experience supporting user training and readiness programs.
