Responsibilities:
-support the delivery and build out of Quality Management services for specific IT projects, overseeing the design of the associated strategy and technical infrastructure to support enterprise wide quality management and testing.
- lead and direct implementation of quality and testing strategies for large program efforts
- customize the methodology for the analysis and definition of efficient, cost-effective solutions that support client and stakeholder business processes, functional requirements, and resource costs.
