JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing overall project management support for several small to medium projects or on one very large project. Provide overall supervision and technical management on construction project sites from bid preparation through job close out documentation to the customer. The Senior Project Manager shall be responsible for all the major responsibilities and essential job functions. They may choose to delegate to more appropriate persons on their team, however they ultimately are responsible.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • A working knowledge of electrical construction at a level normally acquired through completion of five-year electrical apprentice program; and
  • 5+ years’ experience in a project management position in construction industry.

  • Demonstrated financial analytical skills

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office
