Job Description
Role Summary
Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering enterprise IT projects on time and within scope and budget. Leads ERP implementations, data warehouse development, and system integrations using a RACI-based framework. Requires strong cross-functional leadership and bilingual communication (English/Spanish).
Core Responsibilities
  • Project Ownership: Accountable for scope, planning, timeline, budget, risk, and overall delivery
  • Execution Leadership: Drive delivery across IT, business, and vendor teams; ensure clear role ownership
  • Requirements & Design: Oversee business requirements and support solution design led by technical teams
  • Development & Testing: Ensure successful build, SIT/UAT, and quality outcomes
  • Deployment & Support: Lead go-live execution and transition to post-go-live support
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as central point of contact; ensure clarity between accountable and responsible roles
  • Risk & Issue Management: Own identification, escalation, and resolution of risks
  • Budget & Resources: Manage financial performance and resource alignment
  • Data & Systems Oversight: Ensure integrity across ERP, data warehouse, and integrations
  • Status Reporting: Provide clear updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors

Required Qualifications
