What impact you will have

We areย seekingย a highly organized and strategicย PMO Leadย to drive the successful delivery of modular infrastructure projects. This role will coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, finance, legal, supply chain, and operations to ensure seamless execution from concept through delivery.ย 

This is aย hybrid role based in Houston, TX, ideally suited for a candidate who can balance on-site collaboration with remote flexibility.ย 

The ideal candidate brings strong PMO leadership experience, with the ability to manage complex dependencies, oversee governance, and deliver clear, executive-level insights.ย 

What you'll do

Program & Project Governanceย 

  • Establish and maintain PMO frameworks, governance models, and best practicesย 
  • Implement standardized processes, controls, and reporting structuresย 
  • Drive accountability and alignment across all stakeholdersย 

Cross-Functional Coordinationย 

  • Serve as the central hub coordinating engineering, manufacturing, finance, legal, supply chain, and operationsย 
  • Ensure seamless collaboration across teams and external partnersย 
  • Proactively resolve cross-functional challenges and competing prioritiesย 

Planning & Executionย 

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, and key milestonesย 
  • Track progress and drive on-time, on-budget deliveryย 
  • Identifyย bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategiesย 

Risk, Budget & Dependency Managementย 

  • Identifyย and manage risks across the project portfolioย 
  • Oversee budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking in partnership with financeย 
  • Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and workstreamsย 

Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Managementย 

  • Deliver clear and concise executive-level reporting on project status, risks, and milestonesย 
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools for real-time visibilityย 
  • Support leadership decision-making with actionable insightsย 

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or PMP preferred)ย 
  • 8+ years of experience in program/project management, including PMO leadershipย 
  • Experience in modular infrastructure, data centers, manufacturing, or industrial environments strongly preferredย 
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs at scaleย 
  • Strong financial, operational, and risk managementย expertiseย 
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skillsย 
  • Proficiencyย with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or similarย
