  • Proven audit leadership experience, including advising on complex audit matters and guiding teams through large-scale audit-related projects.
  • Strong financial modeling skills with experience building, reviewing, and validating models for acquisitions and major projects.
  • Hands-on experience with M&A due diligence, including reviewing data rooms, identifying accounting issues, and assessing financial reporting impacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret accounting and audit policy and make decisions in areas without formal guidelines.
  • Experience supporting financial reporting functions, including collaboration with specialized accounting teams such as Energy Accounting and Pipeline Accounting.
  • Proven capability in technical accounting research and preparation of detailed analyses for special projects.
  • Track record of cross-functional advisory work, partnering with multiple departments on major initiatives and strategic decisions.
  • Leadership and mentorship experience, including supervising staff and providing direction and training.
  • Strong complex problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply judgment and resourcefulness to ambiguous or unprecedented issues.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
