Project Executive

Position Summary

The Project Executive provides senior-level leadership and strategic oversight for large-scale commercial and mission critical projects in the Austin market. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, client satisfaction, financial outcomes, and team development across multiple projects and project teams. The position serves as a key leader within the organization, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive oversight of multiple large-scale commercial and mission critical projects from preconstruction through closeout.

  • Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and field leadership to ensure consistent execution and performance.

  • Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin management.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with owners, general contractors, and strategic partners.

  • Participate in business development efforts, including client engagement, proposal review, and strategic planning.

  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and company operational procedures.

  • Drive accountability across teams to meet project schedules and performance benchmarks.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks while supporting effective problem resolution.

  • Support workforce planning and leadership development initiatives.

  • Extensive experience managing large-scale commercial and/or mission critical electrical construction projects.
