The Opportunity

At Radian Robotics, our Project Managers play a key role in bringing innovative automation solutions from concept to completion. Whether managing standard product lines, system upgrades, or the exciting challenges of new product development, this role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and innovative projects while making a meaningful impact on our customers and our business. As Radian continues to grow, we are looking for talented individuals who are excited to help strengthen and evolve our Project Management team.

The key focus will be driving “Customer Excellence” through intuitive, simple, and effective project management systems of projects from PO to SAT. A strong emphasis will be directed to collaborating with a strong and cohesive team that will be able to quickly adapt to both Radians and the customers needs. The Project Manager will provide leadership in the creation, maintenance and monitoring of key project activities including planning, schedules, hours and resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with Sales to ensure that purchase order terms, project scope, objectives, success criteria, and delivery dates are clearly documented, reviewed with customer and managed throughout the project.

  • Create, manage, and maintain detailed internal project schedules.

  • Manage assigned projects with a focus on adhering to project budgets and timelines effectively. Including all milestones, changes to contract, internal review meetings, designing and building to customer expectations.

  • Organize and facilitate project meetings with the PM team (kickoff, status, review). Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions made at meetings.

  • Maintain all project documentation (PO, SO, Meeting minutes, checklists, sign offs) in a clear and organized manner, following internal processes and procedures.

  • Organize, plan, and prepare for commissioning activities to meet the expectations of the customers.

  • Ensure any deviation from a project timeline or budgeted cost are reported immediately and any necessary corrective actions are followed to correct or address the situation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • College or University Degree or Diploma in a related field

  • 3+ years’ experience in managing projects.

  • 3+ years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years experience with robotics applications/integration.

  • Experience with automated Project Management Software

  • Microsoft Office and some knowledge of ERP/MRP/CRM Systems necessary

  • Completed training in a Project Management course

  • Strong Communication skills

  • Excellent Organizational skills
