We are seeking a driven, relationship-oriented Business Development Manager to support the company’s continued expansion initiatives.
This role is suited for someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills who enjoys connecting with business professionals, identifying strategic opportunities, and contributing to long-term organizational growth.
The ideal candidate is proactive, mature, highly organized, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new partnerships and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct outreach through phone, email, Zoom, and professional networking.
  • Engage with business owners and decision-makers in a consultative manner.
  • Maintain detailed activity tracking and pipeline management through CRM systems.
  • Assist with market expansion initiatives across multiple regions.
