Manage the engineering drawings, documentation packages, material flow, production schedule, and installation schedule to ensure all deliverables will be ready on time and the install team will be on-site to ensure the project is completed on time and on budget.

Lead the resolution of installation challenges (technical and operational).

Assess, monitor, and mitigate risk throughout the project life cycle. Effectively communicate and report material status and any installation issues.

Estimate and communicate to customer any scope changes outside the original contract.

Obtain management approval prior to executing scope changes without a contract modification.
