This crucial role collaborates with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Administrators to plan and build healthcare projects with client engagement. Works with the customer and design team to plan, organize, control, integrate, and complete architectural and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be passionate and driven to discover, thrive, and contribute. The ideal candidate should exhibit excellent critical thinking and efficacy. Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate architectural and engineering projects, from planning through completion of construction documents.
  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
  • Lead multi-discipline teams of architects, engineers, and interior designers.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and RFIs.
  • Lead design reviews, QA/QC analysis, and oversee deliverables.
  • Facilitate effective communication among internal teams, subconsultants, and clients.
  • Review contracts, approve invoices, and participate in site visits
  • Mentor assistance Project Managers and foster professional growth.
  • Manage project designs across the nation
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. Experience: 6+ years in building design as a project manager. Licensure: Licensed Engineer or Architect (PE or RA required) is preferred. PMP certification desirable Federal and private sector healthcare experience Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
