This role is critical in overseeing project financial performance, monitoring budgets, controlling costs, and providing insights that support successful project execution.

Position Description
    • Develop, manage, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems.
    • Monitor project expenditures, labor productivity, and budget performance.
    • Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, variance analyses, and profitability assessments.
    • Perform earned value management and variance analysis to support decision-making.
    • Identify cost overruns, recommend corrective actions, and implement cost-saving strategies.
    • Support change order pricing, estimates, and quantity/commodity tracking.
    • Review and audit labor, equipment, and material invoices for accuracy.
    • Prepare draft invoices and create/submit monthly pay applications.
    • Maintain accounts receivable and payable reports, including reconciliation activities.
    • Maintain material sales tax logs and support compliance requirements.
    • Provide financial insights and reporting to project leadership and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to financial plans, policies, and procedures.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor and upper management.

Position Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required) ; or equivalent relevant work experience.
    • Strong understanding of project cost controls, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and exercise sound judgment with minimal supervision.
    • Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with flexibility and creativity.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Ability to perform effectively under deadlines and time-sensitive environments.
