Job Title: Regulatory & Compliance Specialist 
Agency: City of Baltimore
Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 24 Months
Rate: Depends on experience

Preferred Certifications:

  • ENV SP (Envision Sustainability Professional – ISI)
  • Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM – ASFPM)
  • NPDES-related training or certifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years preparing regulatory documentation for City/State/Federal entities.
  • Expertise in WFCR/WCMP compliance, permitting, and environmental reporting
