The Position:The Creative Project Coordinator plays a foundational role in connecting and supporting workflows across the Creative Team. This position plans, coordinates, and manages timelines for creative projects across all channels rooted in digital, print, and studio production. This role ensures creative work moves efficiently from intake through delivery by maintaining clear schedules, facilitating communication, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. In addition to project coordination, this role contributes light creative production support, assisting with asset prep, basic production tasks, and occasional hands-on creative deliverables as needed. This role also stays attuned to digital and technological advancements and applies them to improve team workflows and efficiency.

The Location: Hybrid combining working from home, and onsite in White River Junction VT roughly 2 days per week and attending Quarterly Marketing Onsite Days. Ideal candidates will be located within 120 miles of our offices.

The Pay: $50,900 to $69,300 annual salary; commensurate with experience


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage project intake, ensuring requests are appropriately assigned and resourced, clearly defined, and prioritized.
  • Build, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, timelines, and milestone schedules for multiple concurrent projects.
  • Monitor project progress by identifying risks, bottlenecks, and resourcing constraints, proactively escalating issues to ensure timely completion and sustained momentum.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project coordination and communication between creative team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, team status updates, check-ins, and handoffs to maintain alignment, momentum, and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate production handoffs with internal and external partners, ensuring assets are delivered on time and to our standards.
  • Support light creative production work, such as basic asset preparation, resizing, file organization & export, or minor creative updates under direction from designers or creative leads.
  • Develop and maintain Creative Team workflows and documentation, including a Creative Process Playbook.
  • Apply knowledge of creative workflows and digital tools to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
  • Coordinate and manage the briefing process for external freelance support when internal team capacity is fully allocated.

Experience and Education:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a creative project coordination, project management, or production-focused role within a creative or marketing environment
  • Experience working across multiple creative channels (digital, print, packaging, photo/video) preferred
  • Informed and familiar with creative workflows, design processes, and asset management
  • Proficiency with project management tools, (e.g., Asana, calendars, and documentation systems) and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or similar tools preferred
