Annual Compensation: $54,080 - $62,400
Position Type: Full-Time, Hybrid, VT
VIP is seeking a Master Data Implementation Specialist for our SRS Implementation Team. In this role, you will support new wine, beer, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverage suppliers as they onboard our sales data collection services and reporting solutions. Master Data Specialists collaborate closely within a team environment to support a designated group of customers, guiding them through the implementation process and helping ensure a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
You will serve as a key VIP point of contact during supplier implementations, assisting in the creation and execution of implementation project plans while maintaining strong communication with customer project sponsors. This is a highly customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule, which requires a minimum of 3 days a week in our Colchester office.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build positive, professional, and trusted relationships with supplier customers while guiding them through the onboarding and implementation process.
  • Assist customers in understanding the quality, reliability, and value of our data and how it supports the success of their products.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact during implementations, providing updates and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
  • Address customer questions and concerns in a timely manner and connect them with the appropriate internal resources.
  • Able to efficiently follow through with projects, start to finish. Be self-directing and proactive.
