Job description

Construction Project Coordinator
Twin Cities Siding & Roofing | Eden Prairie, MN
$50,000-$70,000 per year | Full-Time
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
Approximately 70% Office / 30% Field
Bilingual English/Spanish Required
Know Construction but Ready to Get Off the Tools?
If you have experience working in roofing, siding, remodeling, residential construction, or with a subcontracting crew and are ready to take the next step in your career, this could be a great fit.
Twin Cities Siding & Roofing is hiring a Construction Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team and help keep residential exterior projects organized and moving from scheduling through completion.
This is a hands-on coordination role, not a traditional desk job. You'll spend most of your time working with our Project Managers from the office, while also visiting jobsites throughout the Twin Cities metro as needed.
You'll work directly with homeowners, subcontractors, crews, vendors, and our internal team, making fluent English and Spanish communication a requirement for this position.
What You'll Do
You'll support three Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of active roofing, siding, and exterior remodeling projects.
Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate project schedules and help keep active jobs moving on time
  • Assemble and review project packets, scopes, measurements, photos, material information, and job details
  • Communicate project information and scheduling with subcontractors and crews
  • Serve as a key point of communication with Spanish-speaking subcontractors and crew members
  • Communicate with homeowners regarding scheduling, project updates, questions, and next steps
  • Review invoices and project documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain accurate job information, notes, photos, and documentation in company systems
  • Coordinate materials, project requirements, and outstanding job items
  • Visit residential jobsites throughout the Twin Cities metro when field support is needed
  • Take jobsite photos and document project conditions
  • Assist with warranty inspections, project completion, and quality-control needs
  • Identify missing information or potential problems before they delay a project
What We're Looking For
Required
  • Fluent/bilingual English and Spanish communication
  • Some previous construction experience
  • Understanding of how a residential construction project or jobsite operates
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
  • Comfortable communicating with homeowners, subcontractors, crews, and internal team members
  • Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and project-management technology
  • Willing and able to work approximately 30% of the role in the field
  • Comfortable visiting active residential construction sites
  • Willing to work occasional Saturdays during peak season, typically June through October
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Construction Experience Can Come From Several Backgrounds
You do not need to already be a Project Manager.
We'd like to hear from candidates who have worked in areas such as:
  • Roofing or siding
  • Residential remodeling
  • Exterior construction
  • Construction labor
  • Subcontracting or installation crews
  • Field supervision
  • Construction coordination
  • Production coordination
  • Roofing or exterior sales
  • Assistant Project Management

If you understand what it takes to get a construction project completed and want to move into a more stable, salaried coordination role, we encourage you to apply.
Office + Field Expectations
This position is approximately 70% office-based and 30% field-based.
Most days will be spent supporting project operations from our Eden Prairie office. Field responsibilities may include meeting with homeowners or subcontractors, taking jobsite photos, checking project conditions, and assisting with warranty or inspection needs.
Occasional ladder and roof access may be required for warranty or inspection purposes.
Company vehicles are available for business-related field visits. Vehicles are shared and are not individually assigned or taken home.
Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00 AM-4:00 PM
  • Occasional Saturdays may be required during peak production season, generally June through October

We want candidates to understand the schedule and field expectations upfront so you can determine whether this is the right fit before applying.
Compensation
$50,000-$70,000 annually, based on relevant construction experience, coordination experience, and overall qualifications.
This is a salaried opportunity for someone who wants to combine their construction knowledge with organization, communication, customer service, and project coordination.
Career Growth
This role offers the opportunity to learn more of the project-management side of residential exterior construction while working directly alongside an experienced Project Management team.
For someone who performs well and wants to continue developing, there is opportunity to grow toward increased project-management responsibility as the company and team continue to expand.
Benefits
Eligible full-time employees have access to a comprehensive benefits package that may include:
  • Medical insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and paid holidays
  • Life and disability insurance
  • Employee assistance and additional voluntary benefit programs
  • Training and opportunities for advancement
