Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior leadership within a fast-paced professional services environment. This trusted position plays a critical role in ensuring priorities remain organized, communications are effectively managed, and key initiatives continue moving forward.
The successful candidate will serve as a key partner to executive leadership by managing calendars, coordinating meetings, supporting stakeholder communications, maintaining CRM data, organizing documentation, and driving follow-through on critical action items. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct executive support to senior leadership
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling priorities, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, presentations, conference calls, and executive events
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, follow-up documentation, and executive correspondence
  • Draft, proofread, and distribute professional communications and reports
  • Maintain Salesforce records, contacts, activities, reminders, and relationship data
  • Track commitments, deadlines, action items, and follow-up responsibilities
  • Coordinate communications with clients, advisors, consultants, vendors, and external stakeholders
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, proposals, executive summaries, and business documents
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems and document management procedures

Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Executive Coordinator, or related experience
  • Experience supporting senior executives, partners, business owners, founders, or leadership teams
  • Strong calendar management and executive scheduling experience
  • Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands
  • Strong written communication, proofreading, and document formatting skills
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, meeting materials, and executive correspondence
