Job Title: Project Controls Manager Location: Bagdad, Arizona Type: Contract Work Model: Onsite – onsite

Overview The Project Controls Manager leads all project controls functions including cost control, planning, scheduling, estimating, change management, risk management, and reporting for mining projects. The role provides strategic oversight and leadership to support project execution and governance.

Responsibilities • Lead and support assigned project controls activities for mining projects. • Coordinate with project stakeholders to achieve project objectives. • Prepare reports, analyses, forecasts, and project documentation. • Support governance, risk management, and performance monitoring processes. • Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

Requirements • Relevant degree or equivalent experience. • Mining, EPCM, construction, or major capital project experience. • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with applicable project controls systems and tools.
