RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Project Controls Consultant [DOE0077076]

Develop/maintain schedules, EVMS reporting, risk integration, performance reporting. This role provides services and support for Program Office #03 Assistant Manager for Mission Support (AMMS) under Job Task #03.02 - Project Controls Consultant with Support Functions for Hanford Sitewide Mission Support Activities, programmatic technical support, project controls, cybersecurity analyst support, IT equipment administration support, and security support.

Project Controls Consultant: Engages in project monitoring, budget alignment, performance metrics implementation, and nancial analysis to ensure project scopes and execution are in compliance with DOE standards. The role is vital for optimizing project controls and systems integration at Hanford, ensuring ecient coordination, compliance, performance monitoring, and nancial management to

support successful project outcomes and stakeholder engagement.ย  With a DPLH of 1920, the anticipated total FTEs are approximately 2 FTEs for this ProSidian Engagement Team Role.

Support services may vary by up to +/-15% of the indicated staffing levels.
  • - Travel:ย  Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO in advance is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
  • - Security Requirements: ProSidian Team Members shall have a Facility Clearance, and their subcontractors and team members proposed to perform classified work shall have a Facility Clearance.ย  When required, ProSidian personnel shall possess a DOE Clearance level as indicated in the Task description for the work performed.
  • - Place of Performance:ย  Work shall be conducted at the Hanford Field Office and the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.
  • - Government-Furnished Resources: The Government will provide the ProSidian Team with office space, computer workstations, and required software at the Hanford Field Office (HFO) location to support the performance of all tasks.ย  Scope performance shall be conducted predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office (HFO) facilities (with some remote support as approved by the Contracting Officer [CO]).
