Our Houston is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced QC Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Handling client requests for the provision of quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), engineering, project support, site, and office-based personnel.
  • Sourcing candidates to match client requirements and, where applicable, preparing candidates for interviews by providing project/commodity-related information.
  • Liaising with clients on the proposal, interview, selection, and placement of candidates.
  • Issuing successful candidates with information pertaining to their obligations, responsibilities, and deliverables for the duration of the assignment.
  • Liaising with assigned Fulkrum candidates in matters relating to:
    • Fulkrum contractual terms and conditions.
    • Allocation of task-related documents (ITP, drawings, specifications, client-issued templates, etc.).
    • Receiving, screening, and submitting site reports to clients.
    • Handling client complaints.
    • End of assignment feedback.
  • Advising candidates where reports/performance/timekeeping, etc., are not adhered to.
  • Providing candidate performance updates upon request to the Coordination Manager.
  • Managing Fulkrum/candidate relations by means of 'care calls' during candidate assignments.
  • Being commercially aware when negotiating placements with candidates and clients.
  • Identifying and driving new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
  • Ensuring that all client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) are adhered to, and Fulkrum KPI's are met.
  • Ensure inspection reports and certificates are retrievable and stored securely.
  • Participate in internal audits and management review inputs related to inspection outcomes and process improvements.
  • Alert management to any conflict-of-interest situations or undue pressures that may compromise impartiality.
  • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and Fulkrum's documented inspection procedures, processes and policies.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of both onshore and offshore Oil and Gas industry projects.
  • Full working knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Proven ability to manage and develop client relationships effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to react positively and efficiently in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes.
