Job description

Project Control Analyst

  • Pay Rate: $70,000 - $120,000 per year
  • Worksite: Palo Verde Nuclear Power Plant - Tonopah, AZ 85354
  • Schedule: Tuesdayโ€“Friday, 6:00 AMโ€“4:30 PM (Hybrid)
  • Onsite 2 day per week, remote 2 days per week
  • Contract Length: 1 year with potential for extension
  • Local candidates only; per diem is not available.


Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Control Analyst to support planning, scheduling, cost control, and project performance reporting for a long-term contract assignment at a power generation facility in Tonopah, AZ. This is a hybrid position requiring onsite work two days per week.


Responsibilities

  • Support project scoping, estimating, planning, scheduling, and cost management activities.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and performance metrics.
  • Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare monthly project status reports and budget updates.
  • Support change management and project controls processes.
  • Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and project control workflows.
  • Create and analyze project reports, metrics, and databases.
  • Identify project issues and recommend corrective actions.


Qualifications

  • 4โ€“6 years of Project Controls experience.
  • Experience with project planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and change control.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
