- Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to develop proposals, execution strategies, and project plans, identifying delivery risks and resource requirements while ensuring a seamless transition from project award into execution.
- Provide execution planning, resource forecasting, and delivery oversight across multiple concurrent projects and customer engagements.
- Contribute lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen project delivery, customer outcomes, and business performance.
- Bachelor's Degree, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with P.Eng., E.I.T., or P.L. (Eng.) designation, or a Technologist Diploma with CET or RET designation

- Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP) or Program Management Professional (PMI-PgMP) designation considered an asset
- Minimum 5 years of project leadership or project management experience within industrial, automation, or process industries
- Minimum 5 years of experience with control systems, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), system integration, industrial automation, or lifecycle service projects
- Demonstrated understanding of Advanced Process Control (APC), process optimization, regulatory control, alarm management, and industrial operations challenges
- Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, earned value, margins, change orders, and financial reporting
- Proven record managing increasingly complex, multidisciplinary projects with successful customer outcomes
