The site-based Project Controls Manager provides discipline expertise and functional leadership to ensure predictable cost, schedule, progress, change management, and risk outcomes for the project. This role delivers rigorous project controls governance, supports Project Director in execution decisionmaking, and applies Air Products' Project Delivery work processes to safeguard capital efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and maintenance of project cost and schedule baselines.
  • Ensure application of PDO work processes across project controls areas.
  • Monitor and analyze cost/schedule performance and forecast accuracy.
  • Manage project change control workflows and reporting.
  • Lead development of risk registers and riskadjusted forecasts.
  • Prepare monthly reports, dashboards, VOWD. and KPIs.
  • Validate progress and contractor performance.
  • Provide leadership with metrics and analysis of contractor performance to support contractor management.
  • Manage the Estimating function.
  • Support digital tools (P6, Omega 365, GRP, Dashboards).
  • Promote disciplined, transparent execution practices.
