Job Description

Role is for an individual contributor. Will manage multiple projects and/or support larger initiatives related to the GFiR/FDW system. These projects/initiatives encompass technology based updates and implementations resulting from financial or data enhancement based LOB requirements. Role is focused on driving standard project management methodologies and routines specific to Profit. The candidate will team with other project managers, GFiR/FDW business engagement representatives, and technology resources in analyzing present state, developing alternative future-state approaches and facilitating implementation. The candidate will also partner closely with production and integration teams to ensure a smooth implementation. The candidate's specific scope of responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Proactively managing individual project deliverables

Establishing and monitoring project scope, timelines and supporting reporting routines

Coordinating end to end project team execution

Identifying, communicating and assertively managing project decisions, impacts, risks and issues

Documenting and clearly articulating project status to Sr. management

Partnering with business and technology teams in delivering quality outcome projects


Required Skills

Strong project management and organizational skills

Demonstrated experience with MS Project, MS Office Tools, and Enterprise Change Standards

Ability to develop solid partner relationships and drive collaboration among individuals and groups. 

Ability to move from detail to high-level analysis based on target audience      

Excellent analytic and risk assessment skills. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment with matrixed resources

Business minded with a technical aptitude

Familiarity with Enterprise/LOB systems of record (SORs) and/or products

Sourcing or data enhancement activities similar to a data warehouse 

Experience driving finance/business changes in a technical environment

Desired Skills

Understanding of GFiR and/or downstream applications of GFiR data

Fundamental knowledge of Enterprise Data Management and Risk Data Aggregation

Fundamental knowledge of LOB operations, products and services

Technical aptitude

Accounting or Finance background
