JD:

  • Strong experience in Project Manager Change Management
  • Experience working on Oracle ERP implementations
  • Hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion
  • Lead end-to-end change management initiatives across projects and programs
  • Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and roadmaps
  • Perform impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
  • Drive communication plans to ensure awareness and alignment across all levels
  • Manage resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in
  • Collaborate with business, IT, HR, and leadership teams
  • Define and track change success metrics (adoption, usage, satisfaction)
  • Conduct training needs analysis and ensure effective training delivery
  • Integrate change management activities into overall project lifecycle
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with organizational change frameworks and governance

Key Skills & Competencies
