We are seeking an experienced senior change management professional to join our growing change management practice in Getty Digital. This role will serve as a senior member of the Change Management team. This individual will provide change management expertise to ongoing major projects and initiatives that are part of Getty's Digital Roadmap. They will use their expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, training methods, and communication strategies to drive successful adoption. Additionally, they will consult with and educate staff across the organization on change management best practices and work to build staff capacity to perform change management. This is a three-year limited-term position.

Two major initiatives will anchor this Change Manager's initial portfolio. The first is providing change management support for the Unified Visitor Experience project, which will include a Digital Signage Initiative and technology projects to improve the parking experience. The second is offering change management support for the Content and Collaboration in the Cloud (CCC) initiative, which is an enterprise effort to modernize how Getty staff produce, manage, and collaborate on digital content by consolidating tools and optimizing the use of Microsoft 365 platforms such as Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Major Job Responsibilities
  • Leverage change management methodology, processes, and tools to create strategies that support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
  • Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of appropriate training programs

Additional responsibilities:

  • Complete change management assessments
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics
  • Consult with and coach project teams
  • Create actionable deliverables for core change management plans, including the Sponsor Plan, Engagement Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan
  • Support and engage senior leaders
  • Coordinate efforts with other specialists
  • Integrate change management activities into project plans
  • Evaluate and help ensure user readiness
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Track and report issues
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience in digital change management or related field
  • Change Management certification or completion of a Change Management program is highly preferred
