Job description

Delivers at a high level of competency in the administration of various projects and programs related to the assigned department or program assesses and performs analysis on data, and prepares data to facilitate the review of various programs of the organization. Responsibilities require understanding of both theory and practice.


1.Oversees, reviews, and approves expenditures for the area of responsibility. Provides fiscal data for preparation of the annual budget.

2.Collaborates with supervisor and other District staff to develop short and long-range plans for assigned program or functional area.

3.Researches and explores feasibility of implementing new methods, technologies or programs.

4.Develops, schedules, implements, monitors and evaluates all programs, projects and operations in area of responsibility.

5.Assist in providing training to the district.

6.Researches, compiles data for, and prepares various statistical, administrative and/or financial reports as required.

7.Performs other related duties as assigned or directed regarding 


Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's Degree in Education or other related field.

Degree Equivalency Formula:

Bachelor's Degree= 4 years plus required years of experience. Master's Degree= 2 years plus required years of experience. Where Master's degrees are required, years for Bachelor's Degrees must be included.
