Federal Project Coordinator

Location: Conyers, GA / Charleston, SC / Raleigh, NC / Savannah, GA / Richmond, VA / Remote (Hybrid options available)

Position:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Federal Project Coordinator to join our Project Management team. This role provides administrative and logistical support to federal project managers, ensuring the efficient execution of multiple task orders under Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The ideal candidate is skilled in project coordination, document management, and communication, with the ability to assist in project setup, invoicing, subcontract agreements, and deliverable compilation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in setting up and maintaining projects in Ajera.
  • Identify and communicate project data anomalies in Ajera.
  • Develop sub-contract agreements and maintain project documentation.
  • Create meeting agendas, prepare presentations, take meeting minutes, and support progress reporting.
  • Review Bluebeam sessions for TQC adherence and compile deliverables.
  • Attend meetings when needed to support project managers.
  • Assist in the creation of proposals and pricing splits with JV partners.
  • Maintain and organize project folders, ensuring all deliverables and documents are properly stored.
  • Process project-related mail, scan documents, and maintain project records.
  • Support project closeout, including certificates of completion, lien waivers, and final pay applications.
  • Update and maintain project-related templates and assist with invoicing.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of project coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Ajera software.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Pre-employment drug test, background check, and valid driver’s license required.
