We are seeking a Project Assistant to join the Product Liability and Mass Torts practice group in Atlanta.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Unitize large volumes of discovery matters, including renaming files per naming convention protocols
  • Be comfortable working independently in databases and becoming familiar with file structure and location of key documents
  • Assist attorneys with important administrative functions, including interacting with clients regarding outstanding invoices Work independently and with others
  • Follow established client and team guidelines for matter management
  • Keep accurate time records
  • Work efficiently in a heavily computer-based environment
  • Strong, concise oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete tasks under strict time constraints

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong prioritization, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to exhibit good judgement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat Professional

OTHER:
  • Able to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with little to no advance notice.
