This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Manager, Preconstruction and Project Management. The Project Coordinator supports the successful delivery of residential, commercial, institutional, and education-sector modular construction projects throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from pursuit and planning through execution and closeout.

  • Coordinate permit applications, regulatory submissions, inspections, and client deliverables as required.
  • Support procurement and supply chain activities, including purchase order creation, subcontract administration, invoice review, and material tracking.
  • Assist in the preparation and management of subcontract agreements, vendor prequalification packages, and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor project costs and support monthly project financial reporting, forecasting, accruals, and budget tracking. Working closely with the Contract Manager and PM.
  • Coordinate logistics related to module transportation, site mobilization, equipment, and workforce requirements.
  • Prepare project closeout documentation, including Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals, commissioning records, deficiency tracking, warranties, and turnover packages.
  • Support project meetings by preparing agendas, recording minutes, tracking actions, and distributing project communications.
  • Collaborate with experienced project managers, engineers, architects, superintendents, manufacturing leaders, and construction professionals across Canada.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting construction projects, preferably in modular construction, commercial, residential, institutional, or education-sector projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Knowledge of construction project management principles, contract administration, and project controls.
  • Familiarity with modular construction, off-site manufacturing, or prefabrication practices is considered an asset.
  • Construction-related safety certifications (CSTS, First Aid, OSHA, etc.) are considered an asset.
  • Working knowledge of project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6 is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience with project management software, ERP systems, or document control platforms is considered an asset.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to manufacturing facilities and project sites based on operational requirements.

What We Offer

  • Ongoing support, learning, and development opportunities to build your career.
  • Exposure to innovative residential, commercial, and education-sector modular construction projects.
  • Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
  • Diverse, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
  • Onsite gym and many other employee perks.

We thank everyone for their application; however, only those being considered for an interview will be contacted.
